Mutual Trust’s highly experienced, well-qualified wealth team has three key distinct areas of expertise and skill.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Investment Advisory<\/h4>\n

Our Investment Advisory team are the stewards and financial strategists for our clients and their assets.\u00a0 They are ASIC registered and qualified investment advisors, who have direct client relationship responsibilities.\u00a0 Importantly, they spend a lot of time getting know their clients, building a deep knowledge of their financial objectives and understanding of their needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Portfolio Management<\/h4>\n

Our equities team (Australian and International equities) manages Mutual Trust’s model portfolios, including all stock trades and communications.\u00a0 As part of this, there are a number of responsible investing specialists who apply a robust, responsible investing overlay to all the managed funds used from external sources. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Research<\/h4>\n

The research team plays a critical role in providing internal capability across our investment portfolios – from research and stock selection to portfolio management and reporting.\u00a0 We are product agnostic and manage our own APL, which requires thorough due-diligence and governance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dealing and Trading<\/h4>\n

The dealing and trading team plays a critical role in executing trades in listed securities for clients – Mutual Trust is an ASX CHESS Participant.<\/p>\n

The Wealth team is supported by Mutual Trust’s Operations team responsible for Corporate Actions, Custody, Cash Team, Investment Reporting and Wealth Management Administration.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mutual Trust is a member of the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) and Shared Value Project. In May, 2024, Mutual Trust was recognised by Shared Value Project with the Highly Commended award for Investing. All of our Advisors have completed the Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI) Academy’s Understanding Responsible Investing certification.\u00a0<\/p>\n
